count your monthly payments and divide by 12. the remainder is the number of months remaining on your subscription.

I pay 12,19€/month. If I cancel my subscription today I'll be charge for 54,85€ so 4 months and 1/2 remaining, correct? nice and easy way to define when you'll be able to stop paying Adobe... thanks ADOBE!! 😞

if you're being charged for 4 months because of early cancellation, you have 8 months remaining on your subscription.

if you have 4 months remaining, the cancellation fee would be 2 months of the subscription fee.
ie, the late cancellation fee is 1/2 the cost of the remaining subscription.

No, the cancellation fee is full. if I try to cancel my subscription it asks me the full price

contact adobe support to clarify your situation, and then update this thread with that info. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
