Don't count on it. It would probably take your account into overdraft, which the bank will charge you dearly for.

You should make sure the subscription is cancelled properly instead of letting it defaulting.

And... if you sign up for a plan then can't or won't pay, the debt doesn't go away. It may increase, because Adobe would be in their rights to call in a debt recovery, which can easily at $100 or more.
