HELP, WHY I'M GETTING DOUBLE CHARGED?
As you can see in the pic below, i only got 2 plans, first is Photography 98K, and Illustrator 150K, i never had an unpaid payment from previous month, but i'm getting double charged for illustrator plan which is twice of 150K payment.
I even checked on e-statement of my bank account and it shows that i got double payment with my balance reducing and no refund.
Why is this happening? i don't have any account or email linked to another plan. Only these 2 plans.
I'm really really dissapointed by adobe for this problem.

Hi Lockehard,
We are here to help you. I see that you have an account under the same ID as with the forums. The two active subscriptions that you have are Photography plan and Illustrator single app. None of these were double charged in any of the past months. I thoroughly checked each of them. Do you mind checking your back for the same?
Do let us know the outcome.
Thanks

Yes in invoices and billings page of my account only shows one payment for each plan. Do you think maybe there's a mistake from bank company? but afaik, bank company doesn't have any involvement on charging the payment.

I agree, the bank also would not make such a mistake, but I would still suggest that you contact them once to clear any doubts.
From Adobe, be assured that you were not double charged.
