This is evidence that ADOBE is trying to charge me when I have no plans. I tried contacting the community they answered and gave me a lot of different solutions which none of them worked. I want to talk to someone, if they try to charge me again I will proceed, this cant be, I literally followed the rules.
Then this guy tells me I do have an active plan
I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, actually I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT

I already tried all the solutions they gave me, I really think is something with you guys, can someone please manually cancel my subscription??
Look, when I type agent, it tells me I do not have any plans but then why are they trying to charge me

and from the screenshot it doesn't appear you have a subscription. ie, you already cancelled?
