Premiere Pro on a MONTHLY Plan

I am looking to find the Adobe TERMS if one purchases Premiere on a monthly basis....which I assume to mean the User can turn the the subscription On and Off month by month ( as per need and usage)

How do others find this Monthly Plan works?

How does one operate it? I assume through the Creative Cloud Account???
