Hi, I have had money taken from my account but the site wants me to pay again. I want to cancel all plans and refund the money but it won't work because it wants me to pay. Why, if I don't want to pay anything and want to cancel? Today is the first day it's due, so I don't think it should be a problem.

Yes, I understand, but maybe someone had a similar problem. I've tried support, specifically chatbot but it always just sent me a deactivation link. He then threw me an error and he can't help me with that. Do you know where I can find an email?

There is no email. Follow the instructions for chat. Type AGENT to get a human.

Did you not read all the way to the bottom of what I posted?
If you receive an email it will be a scammer
