Hello!
I had a monthly subscription of Indesign which I unsubscribed the day before the autorenewal of the subsription. Then I see that Adobe tried to charge me anyway (but it didn't work since I got a new debit card and haven't updated the card on the account). How can I let them know that I wont pay that new charge since I don't even have access to Indesign anymore? I'm also currently abroad and cannot call the support directly until February. Anyone with a recommendation of what to do?
Thanks!

Ima, I can confirm you ended your monthly commitment to InDesign last week. There should be no additional charges to your account. If you are seeing other charges, then use the information in https://adobe.ly/49f8o9b to locate the account with the active subscription. ^JW
