Problemas con mi suscripción con correo institucional

Desde el año pasado empece a pagar la suscripcion para todos los programas usando mi correo de la universidad. Llevo unas cuantas semanas sin usar los programas, pero hace unos dias cuando intente iniciar un programa me habia cerrado la sesion y me pedia ingresar de nuevo. Una vez lo hice me sorprendio ver que no podia acceder a ningun programa y me sugeria empezar periodos de prueba, lo cual no tiene sentido pues estoy pagando por todos los programas. 

 

Cuando intento ingresar a gestionar mi suscripcion no puedo hacer nada, ni cancelarla, aparentemente es como si la gestion de los programas los tuviese la universidad, pero los pagos se estan haciendo desde mi tarjeta como de costumbre. 

 

Estoy bastante inconforme y deseo cancelar mi suscripcion, alguna idea de como puedo hacerlo?

Hola Kanika, no se que mas podria explicar, los programas por los que estoy pagando me salen en la Creative Cloud app como "free trial", no tengo acceso alguno a ellos. Y cuando intento gestionar mi cuenta no tengo acceso a nada, es como si la universiadad gestionara mis programas, pero los estoy pagando yo. Si no hay una solucion sencilla simplemente me gustaria cancelar mi suscripcion y que dejen de cobrarme por algo que no estoy teniendo.
