Hola! tengo un problema con Adobe y no sé como resolverlo, me están facturando todos los meses por un servicio que no adquirí, no tengo ningún plan actualmente y a intentar hablar con algún agente no tengo respuesta exitosa, alguien sabría como puedo hablar con algún agente? al escribir al asistente virtual en los horarios indicados me terminan la conversación sin antes comunicarme con nadie.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

tengo un problema. Mi factura aumeto de un mes a otre de 19.99 dolares a 69.97 dolares. no se por que.
me podrian ayudar pues el chat no me esta sirviendo. Aclaro que Cancelamos el plan antes de que cobraran los 69 dolares ¿habrá algúna explicacion para eso?
