Roughly 1hr ago I just purchased the student discount plan for all of the applications however there is a orgnaisation out there with a similar name so the full title was written incorrectly, i would like to cancel this plan however it doesnt display my plan either and there is no proof in the history other than my bank account. So because of this mistake I have to wait for the admin of this random organisation to give access to any of the applications which doesnt even operate in my country. What can i do? who do i contact? where? please and thanks.
TLDR I purchased a student plan, put the wrong organisation down, I cant see the plan (even though my money left my bank) so i cant cancel and i dont have access the applications. Help please.
