"Impossible de charger les données"

Bonjour,

 

Je rencontre un problème sur mon compte adobe.
Je souhaiterai consulter les informations de mon compte, mais chaque page m'indique "Impossible de charger les données"

Ce problème se produit sur les pages "Formules", "commandes et factures" et "appareils activés". 

J'ai essayé sur différents navigateurs. Le problème persiste.

Cliquer sur l'icone de mon compte n'est également pas fonctionnel :

Depuis que j'ai ce problème, impossible de se connecter à mon application Creative Cloud (windows) également.

Tout fonctionnait correctement semaine dernière. Pouvez vous m'aider ?

Résolu : App cannot be verified and give an error, first 12... - Adobe Community - 14751853

Mon problème venait de mon changement de box internet, ce qui changeait mon IP.

Ilona, I am sorry you are unable to use your new subscription. Are you trying to activate the software on a computer or network managed by an organization? If not, then see https://adobe.ly/3ROdjUJ for several common solutions to unblock the computer and allow it to see the active subscription and access your accounts page. You will also want to review and implement the solutions listed in https://adobe.ly/3Z7rFDs since you mentioned you also were unable to access the account page, Ilona.

Thank you for your reply.
I can now access my account information with help of  "Solution 1". My browser let me know with the ping that my Firewall was the problem. I just added "Adobe notification client" to my list of allowed application to make it works.

I still have problem to install creative cloud and others adobe applications. I am on Windows 11. I didn't had any problem since last week. To install, I need to deactivate everything in my firewall and "protection by reputation". 
No need to deactivate anything to open the creative cloud app, but to use app like photoshop or illustrator, I need to do it. I can't install directly the app after download it by itself too.
After opening the app, I have this message : "We can't verify status of your subscription". Error 12015.

My subscription is working and is paid. I have a fast working internet, so it's not the problem. (I'm replying to you with it right now.)
Error 12015 is not in the helping guide.

you can try white listing the adobe end points in your firewall:
