"Something went wrong", I cannot update credit card for payment

My credit card was voided, and I need to update credit card for Adobe Payment.

I clicked into "Edit billing and payment", and got "Something went wrong".

I repeated the same using different browsers (Chrome and Safari on iMac, Chrome and Safari on iPhone), and the same error occurred.

I'm stuck and couln't update my credit card.  Please kindly assist.

I called Adobe Helpdesk, and was given a direct link to Adobe Secuire Payment Portal.

The link did NOT work either.

Then I guess I may try to turn off VPN.  And the update went through without the "Something went wrong" error 🙂
