I have installed adope software and created adope ID  .after creation by registering software it is showing the following Error message

" ACCESS DENIED "-YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE DUE TO THE SERVICE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS"

      Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

      Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

      Also, what are you installing... program name AND exact version number?

      System requirements for Cloud Programs... scroll down and check each program

      Thankyou for reply.we are using Mac OS.please find the attached screen shot .This error is due to date of birth which I entered while creating Adobe ID (Now age less than 13 ).How can I change date of birth in the Adobe ID.
