Résiliation avant renouvellement de mon abonnement

Bonjour,

 

Je suis extrememnt deçu du service Adobe. J'ai reçu la semaine dernière un mail m'indiquant que mon abonnement allait être renouvelé pour 1 an.

J'aimerais ne plus être abonné, sauf qu'au moment de cliquer sur résilier ma formule j'ai un message d'erreur.

Impossible de résilier, c'est scandaleux je ne veux pas devoir payer une année supplémentaire !

 

Est-il possible de contacter adobe afin qu'ils résilient ma formule? La date limite est aujourd'hui je suis bloqué.

If you have trouble canceling, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

J'ai également le même problème je ne peux pas résilier Adobe impossible d'avoir un mot de passe

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

(this one makes you sympathetic to adobe. no matter what they do people complain. auto-renew, they complain. don't auto-new, they complain.)

Thank you for your reply.
However I already knew all this, I am complaining that their service is STILL broken. I should not be prevented from unsubscribing.
