There is no plan for Flash Player. I think you may have posted in the wrong place, as this is the Flash Player forum.

As OP mentioned, there's no plan for Flash Player. If you need to cancel a Creative Cloud plan, see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html for assistance.
