Reclamo por cobro no autorizado

 Buenas tardes personal de ADOBE.

Por medio de la presente quien suscribe Ma. Gabriela Molina Jofre, hago uso de este medio (ya que no responden los emil) para reclamar por el cobro indebido por el servicio de (Adobe IA) el cual acepte en periodo de prueba (desde el 11/06 al 19/06)  EL CUAL DI DE BAJA EL 18/06 (un dia antes del vencimiento del periodo de prueba).

ADOBE cobro el abono a dicho producto de los periodos junio, julio y agosto (LO QUE PODRIA CARATULARSE COMO ESTAFA).

Cuento con evidencio de lo mencionado, y adjunto captura de pantalla de los email con fecha que dan muestra de la veracidad de mi  reclamo.

Solicito se comunique un representante del area de reclamos a la breve posible. Me reservo el derecho de iniciar las acciones legales que considere por los daños ocasionados a mi persona por parte de ADOBE.

Quedo a la espera de su respuesta a través de los medios que se encuentran en mi perfil de usuario.

Encuentro muchísimos errores en esta respuesta automática que ADOBE envía, prefiero me contacte un agente via email o telefónicamente.

1ero VEA los adjuntos qué envie.

2do Acepte un periodo de "PRUEBA" que luego di de baja con un dia de anticipación, y puede verlo en el adjunto qué envie donde ADOBE responde, por lo que se interpreta que reconocio mi deseo de no continuar con ese servicio, pero además era PRUEBA.

NUNCA ACEPTE SUSCRIBIRME A ESE SERVICIO POR LO QUE NO DEBO ABOBAR NINGUN COSTO por una supuesta finalizacion anticipada.

Le reitero ADOBE que me reservo el derecho de iniciar las acciones legales que considere por los daños que me siguen ocacionando

The link you sent me directs me to the ABOBE page where I tried more than 10 times in the past to get someone to respond WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION TO THIS SITUATION THAT IS CLEARLY A SCAM OR FRAUD.

Solicito me contacte un agente a la brevedad, realice un reclamo qué fue reconocido por ADOBE (como un cobro indebido) para mi experiencia ES UNA ESTAFA.

El agente me informo que un 7 días hábiles recibiría el reintegro de lo que me cobraron, pasaron más de 10 días y NADA, SIGUE KA ESTAFA

Al dia de hoy continuar ka ESTAFA y los daños ECONOMICOS DE ADOBE, no he recibido el REINTEGRO que se comprometieron a realizar en 7 días hábiles (los cuales ya fueron superados ampliamente).

Por lo expuesto informo a ADOBE que me reservo el derecho de iniciar las acciones legales que considere pertinentes, ya que usted RECONOCIO QUE EL COBRO QUE ME REALIZARON NO CORRESPONDIA.

Solicito la comunicación con un agente de ADOBE a la brevedad posible. BADIE TIENE QUE ACEPTAR SUS SUPUESTAS PROMOCIONES DE PERIODOS A PRUBA ESRAFADORES
