Reembolso por cobro no autorizado

Solicitud de reembolso de dinero por cobro excesivo que no puedo pagar, es el doble de lo que pagaba anteriormente. Desde el año 2023 que soy usuaria y pago mes a mes por un plan de Adobe Creative Cloud,  Hoy cumplí 2 años como cliente y usuaria y me cobraron el doble de lo que pagaba antes (adjunto pantallazo). Por favor devolluciòn de dinero a la brevedad, NO puedo pagar eso, menos ahora que me encuentro cesante. POr favor! Qué debo ahcer para que me devuelvan ese dinero!!? AYUDAAAA URGENTE!

~one month before renewals adobe sends an email with the renewal cost. ie, check your emails (including spam).

No he podido contactar con un AGENTE para mi caso especial que NO tiene respuestas en el foro ni en el chat con la IA,  llevo años suscrita como usuaria y no puedo pagar Creative Cloud Pro, ya que es el doble de lo que pagaba ANTES, adjunto detalle del listado y la diferencia de precio que se me cobró. Es realmente un gasto impensado para mí en estos momentos de cesantía. Necesito el reembolso inmediato, por favor!
