Escribo por aquà ya que el chat y los teléfonos no me han ayudado y no responden. Realice la cancelación de la prueba y ya me habÃan cobrado el último dÃa. Solicité el reembolso pero aunque me dijeron que ya estaba efectuado, no es asÃ. Hablé a mi banco y tuve que meter aclaración porque a ellos no les aparece nada acerca de esa devolución, esto ya tiene casi un mes y no veo el reembolso del mismo.

Buenas tardes me realizaron un cobro por una suscripcion que nunc he usado por COP $ 123.500 hay en la politicas de devolucion decia que si cancela en 14 dias del pago ( compra inicial) entiendase esto desde el debito del dinero. No desde los dias de prueba porque decia que era GRATIS . No conformes con esto me aplicaron una tarifa por gastos de devolucion de COP $ 613.500. lo cual me parece un abuso de confianza lo cual se puede denunciar en la superintendencia industria y comercio. Porque adicional, el canal de contactar un asesor es bastante limitado

adobe free trials are 7 days. then you're charged and your subscription starts. you still have 7 more days to cancel with no penalty.
whether you use apps, or not, adobe doesn't track.
