Hi
I chose a 7-day trial of Adobe Premiere Pro. I was supposed to cancel it on the 7th to avoid this month's fee, but Adobe charged me for the plan. After withdrawing the money, I immediately canceled my plan. Can I get a refund? I canceled the plan on January 24 (the day the fee was charged) and I still haven't received my refund
Hi there,
Adobe offers a trial of 7 days. In case the users forget to cancel and purchase the subscription, then they can cancel and get full refund within 14 days. You can get more info here: https://adobe.ly/3HJgzvi
As per your account info, your subscription lasted for 15 days. This is the reason the refund has not been initiated yet.

you can contact adobe support and see if they're sympathetic (while understanding you shouldn't expect a refund) because you were just outside the cancellation limit.

I know this is old...but I have to put my two cents in anyway. Actually It does change things. He was showing that his subscription did not, in fact last 15 days, it lasted 6 days. Therefore he should be entitled to a refund.

it changes nothing regarding the two replies. ie, if you're entitled to refund and you don't see it in your account (https://account.adobe.com), contact adobe support. or, even if you're not entitled to a refund, you can make your case to adobe support.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
