Hi everyone,
I recently re-subscribed to a yearly prepaid subscription to an Adobe plan, but I ended up canceling it within 14 days of the initial purchase.
I'm aware of Adobe's 14-day cancellation policy for refunds, but I just wanted to confirm:
👉 Is a yearly prepaid plan also eligible for a full refund if canceled within that time frame? Because I don't see any mention about a refund in my profile.
Thanks in advance for your help!
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
Thanks mate. I'm effectively able to get a full refund. I also confirmed this with their support who aswered me really quickly.

@Yves36924447l262 based on Adobe's standard 14-day cancellation policy, YES, a yearly prepaid subscription is indeed eligible for a full refund if you cancel it within 14 days of the initial purchase. This policy generally applies regardless of whether the subscription is monthly or yearly and whether it's prepaid.
The fact that you don't see a mention of the refund in your profile immediately after cancellation is not unusual. It takes time for the cancellation to be fully processed and for the refund to be initiated and reflected in your account. You should usually see confirmation of the cancellation and information about the expected timeframe for the refund within a few business days. Keep an eye on your email associated with your Adobe account for these communications. If you don't see any updates within 5-7 business days, then it would be advisable to contact Adobe Customer Support to inquire about the status of your refund.
Now, if you buying to use it and then canceling the subscriptions to avoid payment, Adobe could certainly get wise to such behavior and potentially take measures to prevent it. Their systems likely track purchase and cancellation history. If a user exhibits a pattern of subscribing and canceling within the refund window multiple times, especially in a short period, Adobe might deny refund requests for subsequent cancellations.

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
