I am following up on my refund of ₹1,834.90 for a Photoshop subscription dated 24 Aug 2025 (Order AB05454105020CIN).
My bank has declined the transaction as unauthorized. Support told me that the amount would be refunded to the original payment method, yet a full week has passed and the credit has not appeared.

refunds take up to 14 days to complete, but if your bank refuses to accept that's a problem with your bank.

Not a problem with my bank - the transaction failed to meet norms for India transfers hence the transaction has been declined.
The fact that it failed to meet the norms in itself is a big red flag for any company as big as Adobe. Moreover, there's no way to contract support as I don't have a running subscription (wth?).
The ongoing pending case ADB-41438417-V5S9, for which no action has been taken. I've provided the transaction details and emails on the case - and no reply even after 5 days.
