H, it shows that my plan has been cancelled. Currently, I have two accounts open that use the same email. The first one which I used my student email as a personal account. This account is the one I canceled my subscription for and am looking to get a refund on. And the second I opened on the 26th after cancelling my subscription as I went through my schools discount link. However Adobe shows them as two seperate adobe accounts.

you should have received two emails for that account that's canceled. one when you started it and one when you canceled it.
what are the dates of those emails?

To cancel my original subscription, I had to renew the subscription, as it was not given as an option to cancel it, and it just kept trying to charge my account. So I paid the renewal fee and then immediately cancelled it.

Can you send the number or links to where I can contact your team? I have tried calling the number on Google, and it does not work. and the only other contact options I could see were this adobe community page, and the ai which could not resolve the issue.
