Refund Request

Hello. I activated the monthly subscription and thought I cancelled it. Today, I was charged the subscription amount and when I checked, I realized that the subscription was still active and cancelled it. I checked on the website regarding the refund policy and saw that the payment would be refunded if the subscription was cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase. Since I cancelled it within hours, could you kindly refund the subscription payment at your earliest please?
