I was not able to cancel the subscription because it kept trying to use a card that declined. So the system didn't give the option. Now that it successfully took the money I was able to go in and cancel. I would like to request money back

You have 14 days from the start of a trial to cancel with no fee (or a refund if a fee was charged)
After 14 days there is no refund
