Dear Adobe Team,

I am writing to you regarding my Adobe subscription. Unfortunately, at the time of subscribing, I was not aware that it was a yearly subscription and that cancelling it would result in a charge of 106€. As a student with limited financial resources, I cannot afford a yearly subscription and it would result in my bank account going into the negative. Furthermore, my bank would not allow any further payments.

Therefore, it would be of great help to me if I could pay the difference between my current subscription term (2 months) and a monthly subscription, or if you could kindly cancel my subscription without any additional fees.

Thank you in advance for your help and support.

Sincerely

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
