Request for Refund – Free Trial Charged (Order No: AD03427912111CIN) Message:

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I recently signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat, but to my surprise, an amount of ₹2,394.22 has been deducted from my account.
Here are the details:

  • Order Number: AD03427912111CIN

  • Date of Transaction: 31st May 2025

  • Amount Deducted: ₹2,394.22

  • Adobe ID/Email: [Private info removed]

As this was supposed to be a free trial, I did not expect any charges. I kindly request a full refund for the amount deducted. Please look into this matter and help me resolve it at the earliest.

free trials are only available once.  

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

While subscribing the free trials 2394.22 rs have been debited  from my credit card account on 31/05/2025 then I proactively cancelled the free trail subscription on 1 june . Yes my account is showing the subscription is cancelled.
