Bonjour, j'ai ce problème.
j'ai payé adobe pendant 4 mois alors que je n'etais meme pas au courant aujourd'hui j'ai réussi a annuler mon abonnement mais je n'arrive pas a avoir un agent au téléphone ! je veux me faire rembourser pour quelque chose que je n'ai jamais utilisé !
Service client vraiment déplorable je vais devoir faire un courrier a Adobe pour cela !
When you do not cancel a trial in no more than 14 days, it becomes a subscription... There is no refund

you would be refunded if you'd cancelled 3 1/2 months ago during the cancellation period. ie, you're too late to be seeking a refund. (and adobe can't and doesn't track your usage.)
