What is going on here? This is becoming difficult day by day to find the reason for $11.02 every month, I have no active plans anywhere with any of my accounts, and I am striggling to find where and how this monthly cost is debited by Adobe?

This is so sick, and so troubling. Can someone please help solve the problem.

PS: No I dont have any free trial that got converted to paid, I am literate and I have seen all my accounts thoroughly, no plans, but only this recurring charge.

did you start an adobe trial or subscription?

if you never did that and you're certain authorized credit card user (eg, family member) did that, report fraud to your credit card issuer

otherwise, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I have the same issue like Bianca did sometime back. I am being charged $11.02 for years now, I don't have any active adobe account under any of the email ids I or my wife uses. The once we have had in the past stays cancelled, but this $11.02 is consistent, and we have no clue how to stop it.

Did you log-in to your online Adobe account?  It's possible you ordered under another email address and forgot about it.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

Likewise, you may have ordered a mobile service from Google Play or Apple Store.

Contact the respective vendor directly.
