Students Lizenz lässt sich nicht einlösen.

Hallo miteinander,

 

heute war es soweit und ich habe mir auf Amazon den key für die "Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps | Student und Teacher " Lizenz gekauft. Ich habe allerdings den key eingelöst, bevor ich mich als Student eintragen lassen hab. Jetzt ist der key anscheinend unbrauchbar und das ABO weiterhin auf "free". An wen soll ich mich wie wenden?
