Adobe is a company and there is nothing called "Premium Adobe".
Acrobat Reader for Mobile offers a Premium version that you can subscribe to through either the App Store or Google Play. Let us know if that is what you are using and we will happily move your post to the Acrobat Reader for Mobile forum for you.
Questions about billing from mobile devices need to go to the App Store or Google Play, as they are the ones billing you. We can give details when you let us know if we are on the right track — or not.

Can you answer the previous questions? Did I make the correct guess that you are talking about Acrobat for Mobile premium? If so, where did you purchase? Was it either Google Play or the App Store? Please let us know.

if you purchased from a mobile app store, contact that store.
if you purchased directly from adobe.com, there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi @ranjib_rana
We hear you. As per your account details, you do not have any active or trial subscription associated with this email address. When did you make the purchase? Adobe advices to wait for a few hours for the transaction to process and updates to reflect in your account.
Let us know if you have any questions.
