Hi Adobe,
I'm facing an issue with my subscription status. My account currently shows a billing problem message, and my subscription has been suspended. The recurrent payment via SEPA transfer happens every month, and the funds have already been deducted from my account, so I’m not sure why this is happening.
I just started my own business and never had this issue when working at agencies. This same issue occurred last month as well, which makes me think that there might be a delay or glitch in the system with recognizing SEPA payments. It’s becoming really frustrating, as I'm unable to use the software even though my payment has been made.
Could someone please look into this or advise me on the next steps to resolve it? I appreciate any help you can offer to sort this out as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks, @kglad. I’ve contacted Support.
I believe this issue with SEPA payments might need closer attention from Adobe, as I’m likely not the only one affected.
From what I’ve gathered, SEPA transfers can take up to 2 days. I’m billed by Adobe on the 24th, but the payment isn’t debited until the 28th, which appears to lead to a temporary account suspension each month. Unfortunately, I have no control over the timing of the SEPA processing.
Support suggested changing my payment method; however, they only accept credit cards, which I don’t currently use, and there’s no option for European debit cards or Apple Pay. At this stage, it seems a credit card may be the only viable workaround to ensure timely payments.
Would appreciate any insights or updates on whether there might be a broader solution for users relying on SEPA. Thanks again!

there have been a few issues with payment dates and SEPA in the past week noted in the forums, but nothing widespread.

I got the same SEPA payment problem. Every month Adobe suspends my subscription (I payed for). I think Adobe forces people in Europe to pay with creditcerd instead of debit. Hope they can help us out. There should be an easy sollution!
