I originally wanted to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud plan but was offered the same plan for a lower. I did the day of the bill was due. I'm now being charged double along with the new cheaper plan. What should I do?

Default, please use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html to cancel the new plan.  The cancellation process is time-dependent, or you will incur a penalty if you take too long to cancel the new plan.

If you need help with the cancellation process or have any additional account or pricing-related questions, then please begin a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so a member of our support team can assist you.
