I wasn't notified about my upcomming payment for my adobe plan I started for school two months ago. I was charged and I thought they would be understanding and refund me a simple payment and I could cancel my plan and move on with my life. Exact opposite happened. The guy I was dealing with offered me three months free, I know that is a nice gesture however my design classes are in the spring time, so I asked if I could use the three months free a later time but nope! there was "nothing he could do". I then asked him to just cancel my subscription and he just kept pushing his agenda on me. I seriously just dont understand why it is impossible to get a simple refund and cancel the subscription, im just a student not trying to pay 26 bucks for a thing I dont even want right now :(((((((((

You can insist on cancelling. You will of course pay the cancellation fee you agreed to (50% of the year left), certainly not get a refund unless you paid already for the whole year! The free months are an offer to keep you as a member, not a way to delay cancelling.
