the subscription, account, change country ordeal. Individual creative cloud.

Hi, everybody and adobe hopefully.

As many previous posts have stated, changing country cause major head aches over here at adobe. From reading multiple community support posts, also those replied to by adobe staff, I conclud that well, I shall have to 1, cancel my subscription; and 2, delete my account;then 3, pick my new country from adobe's list of countries; 4, create an account (again); and then 5, subscribe to the creative cloud services (again). I also read that this (cancel my subscription and delete my account) can be done directly without human intervention but my own, on my mobile. But hey, please see atttache file, img_7552.png, it reads: "Unable to delete Adobe account. Manage payment. There is an issuese with your paymetn details. You must update your payment information before cancelling your plan".

So, this does not work neither ways it seems. I'm locked in a loop. There is no customer support for individuals (which might be unrealistic anyway, but if not structured to be this way, one needs to build the systems so they are self managed for real). 

One last try: Back on the pc browser account log in I double check, but no, I cannot add another credit card from my new country for payment as any new card payments details form are stuck to the original country of origin of purchase.

I appreciate that card info and card holder's address need to match, but the system should be able to, and there should be no regulatory requirement which prevents the system from, accommodating for payers and account holder to be different persons.

I've been with Adobe since w a y back (pre 2000). I realise we as individual photographers no longer represent a primary market, if any at all and well, things change, don't they? Better pop over to serif to test out their affinity suite.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
