Hello Adobe community! I’m a Graphic Design student who is currently subscribed to a yearly prepaid plan with a student discount. My bill for my yearly Creative Cloud Pro plan recently came in at the standard cost of around $800. As a student, my plan should normally be around half the cost. After a bit of searching, I beleive I found the issue in my profile, finding that my education information failed to update for some unexplained reason. After taking care of that, I cancelled the current plan so I don’t have to pay the non-discount bill I got for this year, because it didn't change even after updating my education information. I'm trying to buy Creative Cloud Pro again now that my discount is active, but I'm being denied because the plan I cancelled won't expire until a year from now, so my computer thinks I already own Creative Cloud Pro despite me cancelling the first plan. Is there any way to get rid this first plan completely, or do I simpy have to wait out this cancelled plan and just hope I don't get charged with the non-discount bill?
