Unable to Cancel Plan

I am trying to cancel my creative cloud membership but I don't have the option to do so under 'manage plan'

Can somebody please contact me or help me by simply cancelling my current plan?

I feel as though this forum isn't the best place for this query but it was the only contact option allowed.

I've had a look under mine, not that I want to cancel but whenever I go to manage plan the screen just goes blank.

I can edit payment details but that's all.

Shame on you Adobe! I'm trying to cancel my subscription without any success. This is clearly not a wise long term client relationship strategy you are operating. I was clearly planning to come back but now I will do wathever I can to avoid using your product !

SUUUUCH A SCAM!!!! Mine does the same. I cant believe this trash. They make it as hard as possible to cancel so you just keep paying. What a cheap way to get money. Boycott this trash and use a competitor thats free.

You guys are disgusting. This is such a cheap, crappy way to make people keep paying. I hope you crash and burn. You made all this money on a file type PDF. All your other stuff is trash so you have to scam people to keep getting money. I cant stand this type of business practice. This should be illegal and you should be sued and return the money you have scammed from people. Youre a trash company for doing thi.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Contacting Adobe only sends me a link to the same page that still doesnt have the "manage plan" option. Please suggest what else I can do to cancel my subscription because I'm just paying for no reason at this point.

This is bull****. I cant cancel my subscription and I had to just deactivate the ability to make payment cause you wont let me cancel. I hate this. Why do you do this scam??? I hate Adobe now for doing this. There are many other apps that can deal with PDFs so the fact that you make it impossible to cancel your subscription is really trashy and I'll never use this again.
