Unable to change Email

I deleted my other account which is with my Primary Email. That account had no subscription or anything. Now with my subscription account I would like to transfer it to my primary email but I keep getting "Email aready in use" - error. 

 

Sure I deleted it today so it might take some time to pass thorugh with the info. But should it usually be quick or take some time?
