I have been unable to cancel my adobe plan due to the fact I cannot afford the cancellation fee, my bank account has been empty for weeks now and adobe hasn't been able to take my next payment.
I've now been trying to get into contact with adobe for days but it turns out you can't talk to a real person without an active plan for whatever ridiculous reason. This is now my last option. I haven't used any adobe products in weeks since I haven't been able to afford them and my only account option is to update my billing information to pay another month-long plan. I need to cancel this as I can't afford these products or the cancellation fee nor am I using them. Any help would be amazing.
