I just started my free trial a few hours ago, as I wanted to try out a certain feature. I immediatly wanted to cancel my subscription. However, when I tried that, I got the following error:
I already viewed posts from other people (e.g., https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/unable-to-load-data/td-p/14656667/pa...) who have encountered the same problem. However, I tried everything mentioned there (different browsers on different devices, disabling VPNs/ad blockers/script blockers and ensuring that cookies and pop-ups are enabled) but nothing worked.
Furthermore, it seems really weird that it says 0 days left at "Your plan" and "End your free trial" although (as I said before) I just started the free trial.
Unfortunetly, I cannot reach anyone via chat or support agent, so help would be deeply appreciated.

thanks for the follow up.
for others, the best you can do is use a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with the phone's wifi disabled.

I'm having the same problem right now. Tried both Twitter agent and here. No one is helping me at all.
