Hello, I am reviewing my credit card statement and there is a charge for "Adobe PDF Pack Subs Ado Saggart" for $173.99 AUD on 14 Oct 2019. I am not subscribing any Adobe service. What is that for??? Kind regards.
This is a public user forum, not Adobe billing. Log-in to your Adobe account below and click on Manage Plans to find out what you ordered and when. Perhaps someone in your family or firm ordered the PDF pack without your knowledge. Ask around.

correct. if you've never started an adobe trial and/or subscription and have no idea how adobe could have your credit card info, contact your credit card issuer and report fraud.

I contacted Adobe Customer Support on Sep 16 and got my subscription cancelled. I never received the promised refund.
But then, They have charged me again - USD 60.89 from Adobe, Saggart, Dublin.
And Adobe Customer Support has NO CLUE where the charge is coming from. They're not able to locate!
I can't wait for Nov 07 to get charged again. My account is: lt579@live.mdx.ac.uk
PLEASE HELP!

Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding a recurring issue with a charge of $57.99 attempted on my account, despite the fact that I already canceled my subscription. This situation is frustrating and unexpected, as I followed the proper cancellation process.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and confirm that my subscription has been fully canceled. Additionally, I ask for clarification on why these charges are still being attempted.
Your prompt attention to resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I would prefer to avoid any further inconvenience.
Thank you, and I look forward to your swift response.
Best regards,
Antonio Duque

this is not adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
