I attempted to subscribe to the Adobe Creative Cloud free trial, but I wasn’t able to complete the process because Adobe tried to charge my card, which doesn’t have sufficient funds. This was unexpected, as the subscription details clearly state that payment should only be required after the free trial ends, not immediately.

Hi @moon-a19,
I’ve reviewed your account details and couldn’t find any active trial listed.
When you sign up for a free trial of an Adobe application, you're asked to enter your credit card information. However, no charges are made until the trial period ends.
You can cancel the plan within 7 days to avoid being charged. Additionally, Adobe offers a full refund if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the subscription start date.
You can find more details here:
Let me know if you have any questions. Happy to help!
^Shivangi
