Question

university adobe account

Yesterday, adobe updated my "annual plan" by itself, and charged me aud$43.99, I was like, I'm still studying ??? What are the 43.99 bucks for?

Right now, it is still pending, that is why I feel like I can post here asking for help. Normally, I pay aud$21.99 per month, the special offer for students and teachers, but my mate told me that I can actually get free adobe apps, bc my uni-UNSW offers them. Also, after my undergrad in UNSW, I am going straight into postgrad, So it should at least be charging me aud$21.99 per month, or free, bc university sometimes offers that, right?

May I get the refund of $43.99, and we work on a solution to my case.

My UNSW student email is REMOVED

Jessie you ask "How can I help you" but this is your first post here. You are not Adobe staff. Can you explain what your reply means, please?

The increase is correct - One Year Intro Price https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Student-plan/td-p/10209357

If your school offeres a free subscription, cancel your paid subscription and contact your school

Hi thanks for your answer, does it mean I need to delete the whole account, anytime?

And I acknowledged the cancellation fee, which is gonna be half a year's subscription.

Also, On my account page, it shows "my plans- you have no items available", as I said it was an auto subscription, also has charged me more than they should have, so I am super confused, like what plan do I actually have now, that's costing $43.99 per month...

Check the sign in details. If you have an active plan, it will show on Adobe Account. Try sign out and sign in; when you are asked for password look to see if it offers a choice of "personal" and "enterprise" account. If it does, you have two different accounts with the same email, which seems a recipe for problems.
