Unsubscribe me
Hi,
I unsubscribed me from the app and deleted the app in the trial period only, and at that time I received the message that you're unsubscribed, so your subscription will get cancelled. So, I thought there will not be any monthly subscription fees will be charged, but unfortunately Adobe was trying to get payment from my credit card which was registered while getting adobe app downloaded. As my credit cards international uses are off, they can't get the payment. They tried twice to get the payment.
In this case I want answer from Adobe that if I already unsubscribed from app within 3-4 days without using any of the features in trial period, then why are you or your system trying to get the payment from my card. Please unsubscribe me from your system account as I don't want to take your services and I deleted my app and account, you also delete my account and don't try to use my card for payment.
