Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

if adobe support refuses to waive your cancellation fee, change plans (eg photography plan for ~$10//mo). that will eliminate the late fee and reset your plan start date.

you're welcome. but the best part is, if you want to cancel the photography plan, you won't be charged any penalty, if you cancel within 14 days, because that plan is still in the trial period.
but you need to cancel soon or you'll encounter a penalty (less than your ai penalty), but still you can eliminate the penalty.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.

To avoid early termination fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel, before it automatically renews for another year. The renewal date can be found in your online account. Set a reminder on your smartphone or Google calendar.
