Hello I have received a pending payment on my bank account, please can you help me cancel this because I need it cancelled urgently.

I shall tell you why, so basically I tried to make an account on my windows 11 pc through the Adobe cloud app and I did even setup the plan I was only going to use the free trail. Once I did I tried to login but I couldn't because I didn't verify my account and I wasn't receiving an email, I decided to use the Google sign in feature to create another account through the same email and it worked but once I did i logged it and turns out it made a different account with the same email address.

I have got a pending payment on my bank account it was recieved today and I would like it cancelled asap.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

@Brandon34758877rmq1 you'll need to contact Adobe support about payment issues
Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
You will need to be on a browser that allows popups and cookies or the icon won't show.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
