Using Old Adobe Software pirated

The old software from adobe that is not sold or not serviced anymore, can I use them? and when they ask for activation, the activation is not possible anymore so can I pirate them?

Is there any direct statement from Adobe? that can clarify if I wont be in trouble as I am using it for making designs to make money.

no. just the opposite.  you liable for legal trouble if you use any adobe software illegally.
