Wanting a refund

Hello Adobe,

 

I was wondering if it was possible to to get refund for my subscription i have just been charged for both.

Let me know if thats possible.

-or have Adobe support cancel your subscription using the "autoOpen" Chat link below
-Do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
-This is cancelling AFTER the trial converts to paid and BEFORE the end of the subscription

As I understand you want to know if you will get a refund of the subscription or not. I see that both the subscription under this account are under cancelling status. There is no refund that has been issued. Kindly get in touch with support (link shared above) for help.
