They send you an email once a year to unsubscribe but you can't. The user interface just doesn't show any button for it. It's sad that adobe has to got to such lengths to keep their users subscribed.
They show me an issue about my payment but i can see with my bank that they have received the money.
This is all one big scam.
In my accout I can see the button to cancel my subscription. Here you'll find additional informations:

You must resolve the payment issue first. Otherwise the option to cancel is not displayed in your account portal.

Click on Manage Plan.
