So i been having this issue for the past year or so. Almost every day when i start my computer and try to open photoshop or lightroom i get hit with the login window, it asks me to login, to do two step verification and when i finally entered my password it pops up this message:
"We can’t verify your subscription status."
I been subscribed to photoshop and lightroom for many years so it does not make sense at all why it keeps logging me out. And how it can't verify my subscription status. I am trying to get to work and losing a lot of time. it's like a daily struggle to get going.
I noticed something wierd on https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices
It has multiple instances of the same computer on it, with the exact same name and OS. Its like its detecting my computer that i never changed since i bought it as new computers over and over. I think this issue i am having with the license might be related to that.
Any similar experiences? Its getting really anoying and time consuming if i never know if photoshop is going to work today.
