I noticed that someone used my credit card to purchase your product. Could someone assist me with this matter? And check who the user is? I need this information to submit a report to my bank.
Thanks!!
I understand you are frustrated. This is a public forum. We do not advice you to share anything private or confidential here. Also, as I mentioned there is no active subscription purchased from your email address.
If there is any transaction made from your credit card, you need to report this to your bank because one credit card can be used for multiple transactions.

If you suspect that you're the victim of credit card fraud, immediately contact your bank and alert local law enforcement of the transaction. Adobe can't help you because they are victims of fraud, too.

Thanks Shivangi,
If I provide you with the credit card number, could you help me identify the user?

if you, and no one with your permission, started an adobe trial or subscription, contact your credit card issuer to report fraudulent usage of your card.

I have the same problem. I had to cancel my card and I guess my money is gone.

Hi adele_6681,
We're sorry for the experience. I don't see that you purchased anything from Adobe.
I'm glad you cancelled the card to avoid any other charges.
Thanks for letting us know. You ay want to check with the bank for refunds.
Have a nice day!
